Students at PSRS will be responsible for keeping the campus clean and green, collect fees, shop groceries and other essentials, manage the farm and cattle, actively participate in the PSF’s organic and handmade products sales, gardening, etc. This will be a part of daily work hour for an hour every 5-6 days a week.

In the future, the older students of Class VI and onwards will elect their own leaders, secretary, and coordinators.

All students will be involved in Waste Management and Recycling Program and learn about other sustainable technologies as a part of their academic curriculum. They will be trained in making Spitian, and other kinds of pickles, jams, sauces, dried herbs, healthy powders, Korean Kimchi, dried vegetables, Seabuckthorn juice, tea, jams, etc.
